I agree to the collection, storage and processing of personal data by the controller, the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO), registered office at Trnavská cesta 100, 821 01 Bratislava, Company ID (IČO): 36070513 (or its employee), pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "Regulation"), as well as Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, for the purpose of: including my personal data in the controller's electronic database in order to contact me as the property owner in case an investor expresses interest. I grant this consent for all data contained in this form, for a period of 5 (five) years from the date consent is granted, or until the data subject directly and effectively notifies the controller that they no longer wish their personal data to be processed, by e-mail to gdpr@sario.sk. I am also aware of my rights regarding the processing of the personal data listed above: the right to request access to my personal data; the right to rectification; the right to erasure; the right to restriction of processing; the right to object to processing; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent (where consent is the legal basis for processing) by e-mail to gdpr@sario.sk; and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. I confirm that I have been informed about all completed parts of this form, that all data is accurate and truthful and is provided voluntarily. I also declare on my honour that I give the controller my express and unconditional consent to process my personal data to the extent, for the purpose and during the period stated above. Summarised data from this form may be used by the controller for statistical purposes, for its own internal needs.
