The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) wants this website (DB Nehnuteľností, running at db.sario.sk) to be accessible, in line with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Public Administration IT and its implementing regulations, within the scope of Directive (EU) 2016/2102. Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reason(s):

• The interactive map (built on the Leaflet/OpenStreetMap library) cannot be fully operated using a keyboard alone and its panning/zooming is not fully perceivable by screen-reader users without a mouse. [Success Criterion 2.1.1 Keyboard, 1.1.1 Non-text Content]. To mitigate this, every property shown on the map is also available in an accessible, keyboard- and screen-reader-navigable table/grid list view, offering the same data and actions (details, add to interest list).

Accessibility features already in place

• a "skip to main content" link at the top of every page
• full keyboard navigation, including dedicated left/right buttons for scrolling the results table horizontally
• visible focus indicators on interactive elements
• labelled form fields and inline, programmatically associated error messages
• a dark/light mode toggle, checked for sufficient colour contrast
• descriptive alt text for property photos (written or AI-generated, editable by staff)
